My monitors pick up a crazy buzz and weird electrical clicks

How can I fix this? I've tried isolating power and new cables but it always sounds like when you put your phone near your pickups

If you have an interface that has 1/4" balanced TRS connections and your monitors use the same (most do...) then use balanced TRS 1/4" cables to connect them.

I used to hear USB interference through my monitors - a sort of gritty whine, that varied whenever I moved the mouse. It disappeared as soon as I switched to balanced cables.
