Okay, we call that a 'gimmick' where I'm from... You know a few good bands with gimmicks? Slipknot, Manson, and GWAR. Not very good music, imo.

nice looking bass. I think I would maybe get a new pickgaurd and a chrome control plate. But thats me. LOL while your at it maybe some custom control knobs.You could always do the band thing on it, and if you leave the band just get a new one.So many possibilties there for you. I really like the Tort pickguard. But, me being me, I'd definatly go with a white pearloid pickguard. To me, the more showy, the badder ass it is (usually). But then again i play an emerald green bass and a sparkle black bass. And as for the control plate, I'd probably leave it alone, but if you really want to, go for the black. The Black + pearloid guard + chrome control plate would look good imo. Other things I'd probably end up doing would be a nice set of DR strings (I really dig the Bootzillas on my jazz). And possibly pups or w.e you see fit to get the tone you want. NIce bass- have fun with it.

I was looking at putting the Diamond plated Pick guard and also where the tone knobs extends putting a diamond plate there too! I think it would look rad and would be a great contrasrt of color with siver and Black!

If you're going to put that control plate extender in, consider that you are going to have to drill NEW HOLES in your NEW BASS. I'm not saying you shouldn't, but I don't care HOW MUCH EXPERIENCE you have with power tools, find some professional to DO IT FOR YOU. That way you won't be hiding up 3 extra holes from mistakes
