Wow...I just got the bass, and I love it. The finish is awesome, and I got the action super low with no buzz. It's so much lighter than I expected, but there is alot of neck dive, but I'm going to move the strap button soon. I find it hard to use a pick on it, but its great for fingers. The neck is amazingly fast also. I only have crappy webcam pics now, but I will take some with my camera later.

Before doing something like adding screw holes or anything, try a wider leather strap with a rough back.

I hadn't thought about it until someone mentioned it- the balance point on the bass makes it appear as if there's neck dive, but it naturally levels out. The headstock doesn't really dip lower than the body- just lower than playing position.

+ a BIG 1. And it works with a heavy 2" strap, as well.
