Mystery Hondo

Tried all the threads and came close but not exact. What is this?

My best guess 70's Hondo from the 880 Deluxe series which included many different manufacturer copies Fender and and Gibson but many others with the same blonde wood in the middle of the body as well My old guitarist had a 6 string V copy and this is why I am guess that series as what you may have

That bridge looks really bizarre. Looks like somebody welded the saddles to the end of the plate. Intonation must have been great.

I guess you gotta be handy with a soldering gun to adjust the intonation Cool looking bass though: do you have the neck?
