Is anyone else getting their account closed for no reason? I had my account for 5 years with auto pay. For the first time I just went ahead and paid it all off and then they closed my account saying the reason is "Lack of Real Estate Secured Loan Information" and "Not Enough Balance Paid Down Over Time On Installment Accounts"... This is absolute crap because I have NEVER missed a payment in 5 years. I still have a balance but they wont even let me log in online anymore to check my account. So pissed off.

They just seem to make up reasons to close your account. Anyone deal with this?

Sounds like a computer mistake. Doodoo happens. Call and email customer service. That's what they are there for.

No, I've never paid off a loan & there was still a balance.

I have three accounts with them - Sweetwater, Sam Ash and Discount Tire. I actually just made minor charges on the last two to keep the accounts active, and bought a new bass a few weeks ago on the Sweetwater. I’m thinking it may be a glitch.
