Umm try searching for his video somewhere, he demonstrates exactly how he plays it, and it even comes with a book if I am correct.

Yes, the technique is not the issue, as I have seen him play it live, and it is also demonstrated fairly clearly on the Live at Budokan DVD. What I'm just looking for is the tab, to make sure I am playing it correctly. (it sounds like I'm missing a note somewhere.)

This comes from his instructional tape.
Rhythm: all 16th notes, except for the 32nd notes on the 'and' of beats 2 and 4. The counting is below the TAB.
It should be pretty clear which notes are hammered and which notes are tapped

Ugh. TAB sucks.
This is the pattern, which doesn't change. Play it twice as TABed in F#, twice in G (up one fret), once in A (up another 2 frets), and once in B (up another 2 frets). Finish with an F# on the B string, 7th fret. If you don't have a B string, you can shift up to the 2nd fret, E string on the 'and' of beat 4 in the penultimate measure.
