Yo, if you are in the TB area and need unique work done on a guitar or bass, these are the guys for sure. Going to be bringing them my 86 MIJ Strat for a refret next weekMan! They did a great job!
Looks like you went from pickups that were a rifle and a cannon to pickups that are a cannon and a howitzer on that bass....looks kinda scary! Would love to hear it!I'm not sure how to classify this... I just got my Schecter back from the shop. I had them rout the body and cut a new pickguard to fit a 2nd humbucker. Dual Aggies with an OBP-3 (will install the preamp this weekend)

Guitar Repair of Tampa Bay did a great job with the routing and new pickguard. I'm really looking forward to finishing up the wiring and giving it a test drive.

The string spacing on that fingerboard pickup disturbs me.
Love the idea though.
Want to see it with strings on it when finished.
The bottom of the new bucker is where the J used to be. If anything it will just be an aesthetic thing, should be well within the range of functioning just fine.Yeah, not gonna lie - kinda sweating that, too. I should have it strung up tomorrow
