I really, really like Jack Black's movies. I even enjoyed King Kong!

Still, mostly due to my extreme hatred for Napolean Dynamite and anything related to that travesty of a movie, I have absolutely no desire to see this movie.

That, and it didn't look very funny in the previews.

I feel exactly the same (well, almost, I might give NL a try cuz I really love Jack Black)

I can't stand Jack Black, he's not funny and he seems like a cheap Chris Farley wannabe.....yet at the same time I like Jack Black and think he's kind of funny. It's strange.

I certainly won't pay 6-8$ to see this, I will just wait for DVD.

I ended up skipping Nacho and watch The Omen instead... they were basically the same thing. I seriously laughed my ass off when the guy got decapitated. I'm weird.

i watched it last night. i thought it was pretty good, as in pretty funny. it was one of those extremely pointless movies, but they're so funny that they're good.

i thought it looked ok, but the new york times review is extremely complimentary. this is the same new york times that thought the royal tennenbaums was too precious. like all movies, it won't be a priority to see (except for movies like spongebob, which i saw during lunch the day it came out). but i would like to see it.
