Been playing bass for years. 4 years ago headed to studio with 10 originals..guitar player bails. Got SG & Marshall & somehow did it. Well on last 2 CD's & current one, still did bass but just into Sansamp..was cool but missed the rig. Took a chance on this. Wow..nice dynamics & pick attack. The tone is excellent for recording & the sounds are in this thing. Stoked for song 7 in few weeks on this rig ! This place has been a wealth of info..Jimmy especialy & his Ampeg luv..hung in the background following & tried to pretend i don't love bass. Still stuck on guitar tho.

Sweet! Glad I could be of help to you, bro. And since you're also a guitar player, I think you may be pleasantly surprised plugging a guitar into that rig. Try it sometime.

it was ok, its not quite like a bassman on guitar. What i did do tho..was use DI out of pf50 into my plexi into an older jbl loaded 2x15 cab..for a jam....was very cool

here is last studio mix back on song 5 Superficial.
2010 Ibby SRXex into sansamp into board. Guitar was 2014 Gibson SGJ 61 alnico into Fender Super Reverb RI(jensens) tiny bump with RAT on lead fills. Its not final mix yet, thats my wife on Vocals

Congrats on the new rig. I gig my PF50-T all the time using a 4 ohm sealed 210 cab with FaitalPro's. Plenty of volume and the tone is .

Hoping to record with it soon.
