Why? Good on you, but just curious.....

why do folks have 5,6..10 basses? TBH with the micros, i have a neat, working amp in every room. with my family's "connected" lifestyle, i will often run across a time where i have the living room occupied with one child, the dining room occupied with the other, the wife in the bedroom, and free time, but nowhere to plug in without bothering someone doing homework or whatever. this way, i actually don't have to spend any time moving stuff around to a room where no one is. sure i could have smaller, cheaper solutions, but all of these 80's micros will retain their value, and most are already worth more than i paid for them, namely the Jubilee's which were only made one year. plus they look nice, and sound good.

that's my story and i'm sticking to it :p

In the bathroom? Say, that gives me an idea...

thought about it. my little boy has enough trouble hitting the john, so i'll keep my sort-of investmnts far far away.;)

there is one in the upstairs landing, downstairs hallway, basement, all three bedrooms, living room (actully this room doesn't have a marshall, but a sweet tube) dining room, and now i actually have one for either the kitchen or the workshop, but both of those have too much potential for damage, so maybe one more in the basement. this doesn't include the three practice spots (each guitarists' house, the drummer's), two with a 410 column and one with a pair of gb 1x10's. i take the shuttle to whichever spot we're playing at.
