Thanks! It's so exciting opening the box to some brand new gear! I just turned it on for a little bit to make sure everything operates the way it should, but I think I am going to love this head!

How giggable are these things without PA support and with a 810?

I want a SVT, but this would be bit lighter and easier to retube. I like some growl, but not just pure compressed tube overdrive all the time...

Put it this way...they will both get insanely loud, but only the SVT will make me nauseous with volume. I gigged my old one with an 810 and no PA numerous times with zero problem, and I played in many loud bands back in the day.

I haven't taken it out of the house yet! I have only had it since Saturday morning, but I honestly think it is loud enough. It really sounds awesome through the 810.
