The V-4 needs capped and the SVT needs the pots cleaned . I plan on running the tubes through a checker next week but bottom line is they work. I didn't know that going into the deal so I did take a bit of a risk. But even dead they were worth the money asked. I just can't believe it that they work and work fairly well.
