Okay, I named by bass, but the question is, how many of you guys have named yours? My baby's name is Krista. I named the one I was about to buy Lucille, before the local music store offered to violate my bank account.

I named my bass Ibanez
GSR 200. I guess the other owner named it that.
I hope to change the name of it to Sterling one day.

I named my basses, "The TBC" My fretted TBC MM, thing...
And my fretless, "The Fretless" A friend of mine built it for me from warmoth and allparts parts.

My hohner headless is just, stick, bc, its kinda stick like.

My bass is named Roxanne. I can't help but to think that Roxanne is a name that can only belong to an attractive girl.

I have two girls in my stable - one of them (an ergodyne - EDB605) is an ultra versatile slim / fast necked, dual humbucker, active five string - it's a pleasure to play all styles and is my finger style weapon of choice. This bass makes me want to play with a soft right hand. She is "The Beauty". Her little sister is 4 string - an SX P bass knock off. It's basically a low end / off brand P bass - it doesn't look bad, but being that it's just an SX - the fit and finish are of lesser quality than other basses. This wide spaced, roundwound strung, old school fender style bass has one purpose in life - and that is to be slapped by me. She is "The Beast".
my EDA900 is called Elspeth (my g/f at the time) but i also have a friend called Ellie who is nicknamed "dizzy" so i commonly refer to it as Dizzy. i have just bought a fretless, that is made by the company Ninja, so it is likely to have a japanese girly name. all basses are girls. just butch girls.
