OK, we're just a few days from January, and I haven't seen one "NAMM preview" thread - someone out there has to be aware of a few upcoming announcements ......

even a few semi-educated guesses would be better than nothing

rumour of the first self-propelled bass cabinet; 3hp briggs & stratton engine capable of climbing 3 flights of stairs

I've gotten nothing from Ampeg, although I've heard occasional rumors of them bringing back the Scrambler pedal.

Actually it's not a self propelled cabinet. Rumor has it that it is an INFLATABLE folded horn cab with integral compressor like some of those air mattresses. Great added safety feature on those cruise ship gigs.

I would guess we might be seeing some Fender branded Micro-bass heads from the former Genz-Benz association. Fenz-Benz?

Will we see the same Amps but with Fender clothing? Or any evolutionary changes from the Genz Benz amp line up?

I had one of the reissues a few years back. Great sounding pedal but hard to use without a volume control and an LED would have been nice. I ended up building a clone for pretty cheap but it's not quite as loud in the low end. I'd be interesting in seeing what they offer if they do bring it back again.
