Narrow spacing 4-string basses?

So I've always played 5-string basses, so a 4-string feels very different with the wider spacing. Are there any 4-strings with the 16/17mm string spacing out there?

I have 2 that I will be putting up for sale. Both custom made. One made by Overwater the other by Maruszczyk. Both 16.5mm spaced 4 strings.

Both of my short scale hollowbodies are 17mm. My short scale Musicmaster is 18mm. I’m sensing a theme here…
Long scale Steinbergers were less than 19mm IIRC.

J Series - Overwater Basses

I recall this has 17mm string spacing.

Hofner Violin and Club basses are even narrower than 16mm.
A very narrow 14mm

Find yourself a Vox Bill Wyman/Teardrop bass, or a Phantom Guitarworks equivalent, and you’ll learn the meaning of pencil neck.

Most Gibsons (and, by extension, Epiphones).

Nearly all Rickenbackers.

You can fit a bridge with narrower spacing, but that doesn’t fix the width of the neck itself. That may or may not bother you. It bothers me.

Which is usually just a visual problem, not an actual one.

I had an LTD B-204 that had a really thin neck, thinner than a Jazz is at the nut and it was thin all the way up the neck. Surprisingly good quality instrument especially considering it's price point but it was too thin for my larger hands and had to part with it.
