NBA finals

Between the ridiculously lopsided games, and SAS, I'm still looking for the moment where the NBA playoffs are anything other than suck.

The refs blatantly making calls based on situation and NOT infraction, and SAS screaming his fool head off defending it, is all I need to know to deem the season over in our house. Had enough showboating and taunting by a bunch of petulant billionaire toddlers for the year, both on the court and in the booth.
Translation: "My team didn't make the finals." :D :D

While that may be true, I'm still a Knicks fan, so there was never any thought of a play-off run. Not since Patrick Ewing. :roflmao:

I am still not wrong, average margin of victory is 22+, and 8 of the last 13 games have been 25 point blowouts. One team gets hot, and then runs it up taunting, mugging, and acting like tools up and down the court. Add in the blatant cheap shots and fouls to the head, and the refs admittedly ignoring the rules to favor the stars, and I'll take a pass on the rest of that mess. Sorry, not meaning to troll, I'm just so disappointed. If you don't have a specific rooting interest, it's unwatchable.

Good, tough, hard fought game tonight. Tatum and Brown had more help than Curry and Klay. Smart and Horford showed up tonight, and nobody wants to challenge Robert Williams in the paint. Won’t be able to catch anything but the end of Friday’s game, if that, but it’s a real series at this point.

The storyline advanced by several of the commentators about the Dubs struggling when they have two non shooting bigs (Looney/Green) on the floor has some merit. When Boston has two bigs on the floor, one of them can shoot.

When the Dubs try to fix this by replacing one of them with a shooter, they get smaller and risk getting crushed on the boards, as they did last night.

I was watching the games. I found them unwatchable with 22 point average spreads. I stopped watching. I saw a highlight of Curry having a mental fail, as was discussed all over the sports talk world. Cue the TB thought police. Anything else I should say in response to this infantile attack would get me a vacation.
