I have to say that I think the NBA has the worst officiating in pro sports, hands down. I want to see the coach's challenge start up to put some of those dumb*** refs in line.

I'm a fan of Kobe (not his mouth and attitude) and his playing but I'd like to add that he gets away with number 3 a lot too.

i agree with you. that looks like two steps to me.

I'm not a fan of the minimum age rule to be drafted (I think it's now 19). Was the change just to encourage American basketball players to play at the collegiate level?? In hockey you can be drafted at 17 and play when you're 18. I think you can come out of high school to play in the MLB as well. I guess guys like Lebron, Kobe, and Dwight Howard have shown that coming to the pros straight from high school doesn't work.

I think it's a pretty good rule, actually.

Those three are clear exceptions to the rule. However, for every Kobe or Lebron, there are many many more people (don't have the numbers in front of me) who apply for the draft, thereby ruin their chances at playing at a collegiate level, only to go undrafted, or get invited to a camp, and then turned away weeks later.

I'm not a fan of the Shaq elbow the defender in the face turn around post move. He made a living off offensive fouls early in his career. I'm also not a fan breath on Duane Wade (the old Michael Jordan rule) you committed a foul rule. And I think the Reggie Miller kick out your legs get a foul called rule is a Bi**tch to.

I can't agree with you guys more that defenders getting called for standing still when the offensive player initiates contact is a joke.
