NBD 56 P Crakercaster 456

Finally received my Crackercaster 456 from Guitar Repair of Tampa Bay. 1956 P style body. Florida cypress body, Florida ash neck, Florida rosewood fretboard. Finished with nitro. Hipshot ultralight tuners, Wilkinson bridge, Nordstrand 51P4S split side by side pickup. weight 7.5 pounds.

Cool! I love Tele's (they'll always be Tele's to me - my first real bass was a new 1970).

Love that cypress... you don't see a lot of guitars made out of it. I want my "next" bass to be full on cypress.

OP, please note that the headstock complaint is coming from someone who owns a Valenti. Does not compute.

(For the record, I think the Crackercaster and Valenti headstocks are fine...)
