nbd: 99 warwick streamer single pu and some questions

happy to receive my new bass

some questions:

1) cleaning of the wenge board...can lemon oil be use ?
2) for the nirvana black oil body...a normally guitar body polish can be used ? or have to use wax?
3)strings are selective but any recommendations ? strings that will be more effective for the types of songs i play (covers of muse,311,SOAD, incubus)

1 , yes sir , I use a soft thooth brush also , it removes all the dirt in there .
2 I think Warwick recommands same as polished . Not really shure about this one .

Strings are very personnal , but for these styles , I would use Stainless Roundwounds .
