I’m liking the neck. It’s seems they put a lot of care into making it. Looks really good, nice fret work, thick, but plays easy.
The pups bark, and they sound really good through my practice amp.

The Matt Freeman and the Classic Vibe 60’s Precisions from that same era/factory are highly sought after and somewhat hard to come by.
I think they are some of the best Precision basses of the last 10 years.
That one looks to be in fine condition. Yes the necks are fantastic and so is the sound and the build quality .

Did you add that pickguard? Although I usually go for black, that looks great.

The pick guard was spray painted over the protective plastic. I like the gold, but I should be able to peel it off with a little patience if desired.
I’m not sure what Fender calls that color, but it is creamy. The whole bass has rich vintage look about it.

Beautiful!!! I've owned a couple of MF P-Basses and they are the best bang for you buck basses. You don't have to mod them either! Great score.
I looked up the color and it is “Fender Vintage White”
Anybody know what era that was? 2015ish?
I've had my eye out for a Freeman for a while. I've been on a kick lately to try out those less expensive diamonds in the rough, and the Freeman gets a lot of love. Unfortunately the market has noticed and prices seem to have climbed a lot.
it's worth it though... - maybe steep for the brand, but for the INSTRUMENT it's worth every penny or more. IMHO
