Turns out that Rondo will be offering this exact bass again in the spring of 2020! I plan on picking one up.
Planning on replacing the pickups. I think I'll wire it with full tone on both pickups and each knob will be volume per pickup. Maybe switch can be a coil tap? We'll see.

In the diagram referenced in that post, you can see that you only need half of the switch on the pots to do 1 pup. So I wired the other side for the other pup so every action affects both pups.

I love it! It's not my main player but that 37" B is to die for and the tonal flexibility I get from my VVT and pup mode mods is all I need.So, I'm curious, 4+ years later, what id your longer-term perspective on this bass ? Thanks!
