They will probably tell you to go ahead and keep it, not worth it for them to ship it back and resell it. I had a similar issue and that was my result. Good luck!
They were as quick to send me a return label as they were to send me a replacement. Can't blame them for nearly $100 worth of merchandise. I was hoping though.

I recently made a new bass purchase...paid for it late on a Saturday...it was shipped Monday made it to the Hub 1 day later...no tracking updates for 4 days...then suddenly an E-mail saying it was scheduled to be delivered between 2:45 and 4:45 (however when I tracked it it showed still at the bub)...day and times came and went...no bass...however it turned up the next day at noon...no warning...still shows it's at the Hub (and it's been here for hours)...;)

I recently ordered a book out of Michigan.
It was shipped by one of those "shipping partners"to a USPS office ten miles from my town.
It then began to "ping pong"back and forth between five different post offices for a week and a half until I had to put in a lost mail report.
It was finally stopped and delivered to me.

Yesterday a delivery driver left a case of wine in clear public view my doorstep plus a card saying "sorry you were out, left in a safe place". I was in all day. But that's not the real issue, the real issue is I hadn't ordered a case of wine and it was for another address on another street! It took me near 20 minutes of online chat to convince the support person that I wasn't complaining about a late delivery and turns out they actually have no framework for notifying a mis-delivery. Maybe I should have opened a bottle of wine...

Rob Dahm has a great story on YouTube of some very very very custom engine parts getting “lost” in shipping then showing up on eBay, and somehow being told that it was completely legal.

He did eventually get his engine parts, but not without some fighting.

You gotta wonder about those delivery services. My wife placed an order that was to be delivered by one of those famous parcel carriers. It was supposed to arrive within 5 business days. It's been over 2 months. She finally got a notice yesterday that the parcel was delivered and signed for ... to an address in Kentucky. We live in Toronto Canada.

So I’m still sorting out the bass - I can tell you it’s pretty well co strutted for something so cheap and it looks pretty good. The sound is pretty aggressive, and I’m still figuring out how the controls work. The high end takes my head off, and the low end is far more aggressive the my old Tobias Growler ever was, which surprises me. I would prefer passive controls and pickups so I may see how I can accomplish that in the future.

in the meantime, I need to raise the action because there is fret buzzing for the B, E, and A strings at least up to the fifth fret. I tried a neck adjustment and it did nothing for the fret buzzing.

Anyway, I bought this for a side project I’m slowly pulling together to bring back some of my progeny, Bass centric originals, and I needed something cheap, 5 strings, 34” scale, and 24 frets, so far the Toby fits the bill.

I've had letters and packages delivered to my place by mistake.
Right number.
Wrong parallel street.

I've been know to personally deliver it to the right address.
