Picked this up at the UPS hub 5 minutes from work on Friday. First opportunity I had to check it out and plug it in.

Very light. Website says it's chambered, but it is hollow from the bottom of the 'F' holes to the top of the body. It is routed for the controls. Has a nice tone to it and not too muddy sounding considering it only has a mud bucker pup. I didn't check it out for neck dive yet. Double black pinstripe 'Binding' is paint under the gloss finish. Finish on body is beautiful and consistent through-out. Seems to have great sustain.
Not too crazy about the gig bag but they don't have a HSC for this and don't plan on making one. More later.​

doubt it'll happen, but these are such unique basses that if any model ever deserved a back to back exam it's them. if they're comparable I'd be very interested, especially since it seems these are indeed solidbodies and the F holes are only semi-real, I'd thot they were hollow and far different from the originals. $600 would be great if these match up with the Gibsons.

Looks great! Any updates on the sound, weight, head dive?

I have one. They are actually hollow from the bottom of the F hole up to the neck.
They are 32" scale.
Very light.
Nice lows without being real muddy like my Gibson SG. 'Cleaner Mud':)

Very light, but I did not weigh it.
Nice lows and not real muddy like a usual mudbucker (or sidewinder)
Have not put a strap on it yet.
The banjo tuners take some getting used too though for quick tuning.
