More beer = better results

Perfect! What a great bass. Amazing specs and it looks incredible. Is it new or used?

For used "new to me" basses, I have a routine/tradition....

1. I immediately get home with it and show it to everyone in the house and tell them how amazing the bass is. The wife and kids roll their eyes as I have done this dozens of times.
2. Right to my office/studio to play it for a bit (usually before dinner).
3. After dinner, get all my bass cleaning and restringing supplies, grab some beers, and spend a good hour cleaning and setting up the new bass.
4. Back to the studio to play for an hour or two with more beers.

If it is a new bass, I skip #3 but don't skip the beers.:bassist:

Beautiful bass. I was going for a similar look with one of my customs (with a myrtle top), but I really like the matching pickup covers and the way the fingerboard matches the top. I like tops like this with different things going on (spalting, flame, burls...). Gorgeous...
