That looks great. I haven't played a Vintera 70s, but I have played several 60s style JBs and they were really nice.
Wow, that's the most rosewood-looking hunk of pau ferro I've ever seen. Good purchase! And yeah, tortoiseshell's not always the right pickguard (heresy here, I know), but it MOST CERTAINLY is in this case. Look at the real celluloid ones from WD, and if you REALLY love the bass, check out the offerings from Spitfire. Dammit, that kinda makes me want a Jazz again.
