NBD Fender American Standard Precision

I picked this up today locally. Dead mint 2011 Fender American standard Precision Bass. The finish is a stock color but it still isn't very common. It's Charcoal Frost Metallic. It plays super sweet and came with all the case candy and everything. Just $600. I love the newer style Fender cases. The last pic is with my American Standard Jazz Bass. Sorry if this is too pic heavy.

$600?? Thievery I tell you! :D

Great bass, great deal!! Love the charcoal frost with rosewood. Does it sound...dark? :p Congrats.

Thanks for the compliments.

I would classify the sound as darker than my Jazz Bass for sure but it isn't overly dark. It is a nice middle of the road tone in my opinion .

It looks dark gray in a dim room and very blue-gray in sunlight.

Now if I was just a better bass player!

I have had my Jazz bass for a while and always figured the string spacing was just right. I don't have large hands and thought the slimmer the better. So far I am really liking the spacing on the P. I especially like the larger spacing for my right hand.
