NBD! Fender Mustang

I was recently tempted to buy a Squier version of this as it looks a lot like my Mustang guitar...
I passed as it didn't fit in with my budget or my needs--but still--cool basses, aren't they?

Im gassing for a mustang myself. Im told the pawn shop model sounds similar to a p bass? I purchased a new sg last year and was amazed at how wide the tonal range is. The sg is not just a mudbucking bottom dweller anymore!
It sounds similar I believe due to the pick up location, re very close to P location.
It however sounds "thick" like you would expect out of a humbucker, but it is much clearer and cleaner than a EB mudbucker.

Clear as mud right?
