And here's the new one with black hardware. I ordered the black pretty much immediately after I changed out the hardware on the first one.

So I had been toying with the idea of swapping necks with these two for quite a while........and today I finally did. Now I got the better neck with the lighter body, and it's awesome. And the tone improved, I dont even have to swap pups.

I'm not even gonna put the other parts back together. This is exactly what I hoped for. The new neck on the old body.......... and the tone followed the neck! I'm excited!

This bass eats my Fender for breakfast....It needs a re-finish BAD.

It's always nice when changing various parts makes the bass, you have feel even better than it did before enjoy it .
