NBD!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hooray!

Yeah, I'm shocked at how great that bass is.
Squier has stepped up their game significantly. My main bass is an MIA Fender P, and this one stacks up to it very closely.
I wouldn't even consider a MIM Fender with these Squiers on the market.

I ended up with the Affinity Jazz because I wanted the five-string as a backup for my MIM Jazz V, and I’m very impressed with it. I’d say, except for the mods to the MIM, the Squier's just as good, and that’s an Affinity.

Of course, I got the MIM for $399 brand new, so that wasn’t so bad.

lots of love going on here for the CV Jazz .. those that have, can you please share the wieght of your oly/tort Squier CV Jazz's ... I had one a while back, to see if it lived up to its hype .. it did ... it was in the mid 9# range ... checking to see if that is indicitive (without strap and locks please) ... also has anyone taken the p/g off to see what is under for routing? ... thank you

Marko, that is a great price for a MIM. I wouldn't hesitate to pull the trigger on that myself.
Tjh, mine seems to come in right around the 9lb mark. That's no strap. I haven't taken the pg off yet but when I do, I will let you know what it looks like, unless someone beats me to it that is.
Thanks everyone for all the kind words. :)
