I have been bragging about this bass for a couple weeks now.
This was a CL find that I pursued for a couple of weeks and finally met up with the guy who was selling it and bought it.
Initially I thought the guy was trolling me because he kept on delaying our meeting.
I got it for $ 100.00.
Anyways this is an active lined fretless. My first fretless.
The guy barely played it. The bass just needed a setup and I cleaned it good because he was getting over some kind of flu.
Put a set of Fender flatwounds I had and intonated it and we're off to low end mwah land!
I have never particularly liked Ibanezes before. This has made me look at them again.
I really like the way it feels and fits up against me when I'm playing.

Nice bass and esp @ that price. I know hardly anything about their lineup. I did buy a Mikro a couple years ago for my then 10 year old daughter and that little guy surprised me how good it played and sounded. Good string choice as well.
I found out this week how good it sounds thru my Mesa Preamp when I leave it on the passive setting. You can really hear the fretless difference!

it’s really hard to beat ibanez for value vs price, from their value basses to my sr2605 great instruments. i bought a used sr190 on craigs list a yr ago for $125 that someone pulled the frets and filled the slots and it sounds and plays like a much higher priced bass
I'm thinking you're right. For the value they can't be beat!
