Beautiful!Hope everyone is well or at least in good spirits. New bass day today! (complete anyway).
I started a minimal thread on this assembly if anyone is interested in checking it out.
Jazz bass assy/build opinions please...
Very stoked with this bass, it went together super easily. Basically a Classic Vibe 60's Jazz from parts and using a 70's blocked and bound neck. Weighs 8.8lbs
Vintage threaded saddle bridge,
CV pick-ups, Highway One tuners, parchment guard and added a tug bar, strung up with boomers. Thanks for looking!

Wow that's a powerful statement! Thank you! @ChickenwheelsOne of the nicest Jazz basses I've ever seen. Great work!
Thank you, plays killer!Looks killer!
However, Assy Daphne would be an awesome band name!
Good times! Thanks bassman.Really cool. Daphne blue is one of my all-time fave colors. Great choice for the neck and binding, etc. Looks like it was great fun to build.
Thanks man, these boomers on this J bass is an absolute joy to play!Came together really nicely. Enjoy it, mate!
I've got Boomers on my Rick; I can see them sounding great with a Jazz
Haha thanks @JRA nothing wrong with that! I did in fact really like the clean look of the black dot neck BUT it did not feel near as nice as the CV bound neck...nice project, too cool, @C Stone! what a beauty! i don't remember how i voted in the other thread, but i hope it was for this lookbecause it's splendid!*
