This bass is named after my late wife, who passed in January after a lengthy battle with a neuromuscular disorder. I think it is as beautiful as its namesake.

I told the salesman that I was looking for an "interesting" grain pattern on the zebrawood, not unlike the Alembic Series I John Entwistle was using in 1975-76. Both in terms of aesthetics and the sound/tone of the instrument right out of the box, I'd say that Kiesel Met or exceeded all of my expectations. Played smooth as butter, nice, silky, articulate tone, and absolutely perfect setup. Will be debuting this one at band practice tomorrow.
