Moniker is a custom guitar/bass shop in Austin, TX. Basically you go to their web site www.monikerguitars.com and design the guitar or bass you want, and they build it. If you don't see the "option" you want.. like pickups or hardware, then you just give them a call and tell them what you want. They also built a custom guitar for me. Really happy with their work and even happier with their prices.
