Good man btw! Some of the quality kits (such as those from Precision Guitar Kits) can produce some remarkable instruments if you’re careful and you take your time. And with upgraded hardware and electronics they can hold their own with their more expensive commercial cousins. Never seen a Pitbull kit, but I’ve heard some good things about those as well.

My SO has been thinking about a Les Paul Junior with double cutaway and soaps…

The shipping is actually about another 40 to $50 maybe depending on where in the u.s. I'm sure the West Coast might be cheaper? I saw the flight manifest it was like four quantas flights lol they are in Perth all the way in Western Australia. Took 8 days, that seems to be about what everyone reports. Obviously no Rosewood equals no problems with customs but the shipping was 25% of the price!!! but that kit is pretty unique to them and I fell in love with it so I have to swallow that Jagged Little Pill haha
