NBD: OLP MM3 5 string

Howdy!

Recently purchased a new bass, but only recently got it to great shape. I've been curious about a 5 string and this one showed up for the right price. It was in surprisingly good shape--very minor scratches/love marks, but it did need a few minor repairs/updates and cleaning:
1)Shielding. There was shielding, but I think they used the wrong kind of copper tape, as it didn't have continuity (tested with multimeter). I guess it didn't have the conductive adhesive? I re-shielded it and now it is extremely quiet.
2)Volume pot. It was all kinds of wonky--only seemed to work at wide open. Any lower, and it stopped making sounds. Just replaced it with a mini pot I had lying around.
3)Knobs!!! It had 3 black knobs, but they were non matching. I am a little OCD about that , so I got a set of black knobs with the pearl domes. Matches rather well.

The bass did come with a few upgrades, so the above repairs were no big issues:
1)EMG BTC (I think that is the right term) control. This is an older one maybe? My research showed a two knob system (one bass, on treble) instead of the concentric pots I find on their website. Makes the bass sound really cool, though.
2)SGD ND3 pickups. First experience with them, but they sound reeeeeeaaaaaaaaally good. It is wired in series, and haven't decided if I want to add a parallel/series switch. Very aggressive tone on it right nowdrool

Proposed updates:
1)Battery box. This one I want on the bass, but I don't have the woodworking skills to add one. Currently, the battery sits under the pickguard, but I'd like something eventually that would not require removing the pickguard to access...
2)On the fence over the parallel/series switch...

Though not a light bass, it is not unmanageable. More than makes up for it in sound I do need a better amp in order to better shake the windows with that B string

I just bought a natural OLP 5 string and I'm looking for a pickup I get that sounds like a humbucker and not so much like a MusicMan pickup. I'd love to hear a sound example of this one.

Still do!! Lol. I'd have to see what is the best way to get a good sound and transfer it to the computer (all I have are a tiny Behringer amp for practice and a Trace Elliot 100, but no mikes or any direct input). Plus, my playing is rudimentary at best... Best way to sum it up is it is a rather aggressive sound. This is similar to what it sounds like:
