NBD... Peavy T40 fretless

I've been interested in a 'real' fretless for years. (not counting the Ashbory) I got really obsessed a couple weeks ago after watching Juan Alderete (de la Pena) do his rig rundown on YouTube. Found a couple used on the GC website that I was pretty interested in, and figured I'd look around town for one to play and see if my obsession got worse or went away. I know, bad plan. Not a single fretless at my local GC, but down the street I find THIS. Defretted Peavey T40. Apparently it's a 81 or older since it doesn't have the blades on the pickups. I'll have to try and look up the serial number. Pots and Jack are a little scratchy. Pickup switch is VERY scratchy. Several dents and dings, but played too nice to pass it up! $250 with the original case! My friend has the exact same bass but fretted, possibly the same year! My other basses aren't seeing much love this week...
