Is that a German Masterbuilt Sadowsky? That particular finish seems to be popular. Congrats on a really cool bass!:bassist:
It is a Metroline made in Germany. #63/100 made. The craftsmanship is top notch. I can't fit a .001" feeler gage into the neck pocket (yeah I'm that guy). Plays and sets up anyway you want (as it should). Sounds really good.

Got a question about your new bass.
How is the balance? Any neck dive at all?

I'm only asking because eventually I will buy a US made jazz style bass and those Sadowsky's look so nice.
My MIJ Fender Jaguar is a jazz style bass that I love but it has serious neck dive

I picked up a new NYC a few months back from the shop , it has a chambered body [ 8.3 lbs ] and an older Metro [Japan, solid body, 9.5 lb ] and they are both balanced and have no dive if that helps you.
