1998 MIA Jazz Bass. For some reason, the color isn't as rich as the color on Fitz' bass. His is darker and more green. I actually didn't like the color too much, but to this day I have played no better bass, and that includes vintage Fenders and custom models. It's the only bass I owned that I regret selling, but I just couldn't take the weight. It's close to 10 lbs and it used to send me home with major shoulder pain and headaches. So I had to cut it loose and stick with lighter basses.

that's Inca Silver. SGM was never an option on the American Standard series

That's not an American Standard. That's a 98 MIA. And I've seen Inca Silver and there's no green in it. There's definitely green in this. And here's a pic of a 98 Tele in SGM so they did offer it:

They were called American Standards before, then American Series then back to American Standard. That Tele isn't SGM either. It's Inca Silver too. Most likely the top coat yellowed slightly on them. SGM wasn't an option in 1998.
