NBD! Something's wrong.

So I just got my new Ernie Ball Big Al (well new to me anyway) and everything seems to work fine except for the neck pickup. I can select but it's volume is way lower than the other pickups. It's almost not even on. Everything else works great but I'm not sure why the neck pickup is so quiet anyone have any suggestions?

Assuming the pickup height is correct, there's no good reason the neck pickup should be much quieter. If the pickup were too low, it should be very obvious to look at.

After that, the first thing I'd check is the uppermost button. Bad contacts perhaps?

That's what i'm thinking too. The neck pickup is the same height as all the other pickups roughly which is how these basses seem to be. I'm assuming it's a loose wire or something like that. Because ti's clearly selecting the neck pickup. The tone is right. The volume is just very wrong.
