NBD Washburn series 1000 headless - needs HELP!!

Very cool. Nice save on the truss rod.
Yeh, I was happy that I managed to get the nut out Matt. It was really rounded and mangled up.
I think the seller may have believed it was a lost cause as the neck was bowed up and the action was terribly high.
Someone had also put some plastic shim spacers underneath the bridge which only lifted the string height more.
The neck has come down beautifully now and iv'e dialed in a very low action with low strings and no buzz.
Very pleased with the outcome and feel.
