Also, besides the listed controls, @campbems had Devon Smullen incorporate series/parallel switches with the treble and bass push/pull knobs...ingenious!

It amazes me at what you get compared to what other boutique builders charge when buying a Custom Devon. I’ve owned a lot of basses 2-3 times the price that didn’t have the attention to detail Devon builds his basses with.

His name is Devon Smullen from Texas. I’ve owned 20-30 basses over the years in the 3-$6500 range including Warrior, Roscoes, Lakland, Benavente, Ristola, STR, Custom bacchus and many more and nothing had the total package his basses have. I’m having another build done after just receiving my custom Cocobolo bass. I sold this one to my friend to help pay for my dream build. His work is amazing and worth every penny.
