Ibanez SRH505F. I absolutely LOVE the sound and playability of this bass. It is not a true upright sound (nothing is except an actual upright) but I love it's tone and mwah for jazz. It's also very light and I can play it for hours with no discomfort. It's my second Ibanez 5 string fretless, and I love them both. Very good, quality instruments. I string all my basses with La Bella 760 FS flats. I did put a piece of foam at the bridge and it really sounds amazing. Hadn't done that yet when this pic was taken.

I've been loving my srf706 for the weight and playability you cite. Really blown away by it, honestly. I am not as in love with the tone, but I guess I just need to spend more time dialing it in. Not sure if it's the same piezo system as yours?

At any rate, Ibanez is making some dynamite fretless basses at moderate price points. What's not to love?
