I wonder why Chryst gets no little to attention nationally.

Miami, Alabama, Clemson all won (some in real cupcake matches), assuming Oklahoma wins Wisconsin probably stays #5 for now. But lots of stuff can still happen, Alabama still plays Auburn, there is an SEC title game, ACC has its own championship game pitting Clemson vs Miami, just win against Minnesota and they'll likely get in.
Edit: Oops, the Big Ten has a championship game too, forgot about that.
But yeah, win out and they are likely in.

I thought they were doomed halfway through the third. Offense had 95 yards in the first 40 minutes, just putrid. Just after I texted my buddy that, boom! They completed that long pass and were off to the races.
at least in part due to the fact Chryst is super chill, not fancy, not outspoken. He just goes out and gets the job done.
Do you feel like people on the outside just think he is riding Barry Alvarez's coat tails?

no, I don't Mike. Chryst was not a flashy hire. Alvarez knew what he was getting. Chryst grew up in Madison. Played for the Badgers. Was an assisted coach here before landing the head coach job at Pitt. Barry's been way in the background this year.
Ahhh, perfect coach. He's a Badger through and through.
I wondered if maybe he just inherited a great program Barry built.

And Yale beat Harvard for the second year in a row to win an undisputed Ivy championship. No basketball players in that one.At the end of the third quarter, the Princeton and Dartmouth football players went home and let their respective basketball teams finish the game.
Dartmouth outscored Princeton 34-17 in the fourth quarter to win the game 55-44.

I believe that was the first time beat Harvard in the Yale Bowl in like 17 years.
First Ivy League title for Yale since 1980.
Dartmouth finishes the year in third place, one game back. Below Columbia since they lost to the Lions earlier in the season.

I haven't seen a complete UCLA game yet this year, but I've seen a couple from USC.

UW almost was a synonym for Loses to Utes. The UW kicker got a chance at redeeming himself right at the end, and he didn't fail. That's got to be one of the most improbably wins in UW history.Yup, rhymes with "Looooses to Uuuutes..."
