yeah, washington can't even beat an

realistically, i think that usc had the best chance of losing a second game to arizona, and that didn't happen. they have yet to play washington, california, stanford, notre dame, and ucla.
yeah, none of those teams really have it together this season.
still, a one-loss trojans team is headed to the rose bowl if a) texas and penn state remain undefeated, b) texas loses once but wins the big 12; penn state remains undefeated, c) oklahoma somehow wins the big 12; penn state remains undefeated, d) replace "no-loss penn state" with "one or no loss SEC champ" alabama, florida, or georgia. if penn state, texas, and alabama all lose a game (but, say, not the championships for texas and bammer), then usc might slip in. but their strength of schedule is going to take a nose dive with the remaining games of the season.
