IIRC, Peavey made 2x15 cabs with two different dimensions. IIRC, one was 15" deep, the other about 19" deep. I had the 19" as my main rig for a decade, loaded with BW's. HUGE sound.

Might look and see what age it is etc literally got it and plugged it in, does sound great!

Seriously though, that thing is in amazing shape; most lived very hard lives and look like it.

I was never a fan of Peavey stuff (old or new) but that one is a real score, congrats!

the worst part about them are the ball type casters & the insane weight!

As long as it doesn’t require regular lugging, that’s one serious room-filling cabinet. I’m sure it plays really well with modern amps.

I’ve come within a hair’s breadth of getting some on CL, really good-looking pieces. But I have no interest in being that loud at home. Because that’s where it would live.

However, if I had a studio, forget it. It would be one of the choices, along with an SVT810. These cabs are THAT good.

Peavey's cab with the 18 and the two 10s was killer, too. I'd love to pick up one of those.

I had a number of friends with these cabs back in the day and they did deliver the goods; but I was too much of a JBL snob to have one.

Nice score. Those were THE cab to have. Huge sound. Now you just need one of these to put on top.
