I just got an SVT-VR to pair with mine and it's beastly!I'm wanting to try one of those out as well with my 74 SVT. If somebody would just buy my Aguilar DB 410...

Things are not going well so far.
Connect everything up, plug in bass ... no sound. Remove pedal board, plug straight in ... no sound. Switch off and back on ... faint thump so the cab is working. Try again, no sound. Dime the gain, yep the peak light is on. Plug in headphones ... yep preamp is working fine. UPDATE: 9V battery test says cab is fine.
Take cable back to shop ... connect it up ... bom bom bommmm.......
So, by a process of elimination, the PF500 power amp appears to be dead. Or am I missing something?
