I have read about @ChefKen 's event. That looked great.

How about a night out for a couple of beers? I'm north of Boston. Easy enough to go to the city.

Boston is too far, but something closer to Hartford would be cool (and yes, the GTG this summer was great).

One of my bands hosts a weirdarse multiband non-open-mic on the third Fridays of every month in Webster MA at an Alphabet club (10 minutes off the pike on rt 295/395). We could always bring in a couple pizzas and the bar is inexpensive. Could also do something on a different Friday there with some of youse guys bands that can play a set but can't do a whole night? We rehearse across the street and the BL is on the board of directors . The big hall upstairs is for rent if anyone wants to produce their own show - there was multiband metal show upstairs last time we did ours downstairs, a few came downstairs to check us out (and said our PA sounded better LOL). I had two of my five bands play sets last time .
