Neck cracks

Greetings everyone, I’m looking for advice on repairing these cracks in the neck (I guess they happened during shipping at some point in the bass’s life). The bass plays nicely right now but I don’t want it to get worse. While adjusting the truss rod I could hear some crackling. I have the tuners relaxed so the neck is in a flat position.

I’m guessing I will need to “inject” some wood glue in there somehow but there is very little opening to do so.

Please advise on how to proceed!

That looks like the trussrod is over tightened and popping the fingerboard more than a neck crack. How’s the neck relief? Is it really difficult to tighten the rod? I’m sure it’s fixable, but the finish touch up takes some skill.

Neck relief looks good to me. The truss rod was moving normally, to me at least. It will probably be hard to get a match on the purple finish...maybe some kind of nail polish?

I second that this looks a lot like a truss-rod related fretboard separation, and the fix will also need to examine and address that problem.

On the plus side, I’m guessing there is a nail polish (Purple Passion, perchance?) that will be a close enough match to do some kind of drop-fill laquer repair, but that won’t fix the underlying cause. If it was just a dry glue joint, Bob’s Your Uncle. I think I’d take that to a Pro for diagnosis though.
