Neck upgrade for a Squier Jaguar V?

Hey guys!

I'm trying to plan a little for a possible next bass. I want a 5 string, and an active PJ setup.
I'm eyeing the Squier Jaguar V, but I was wondering if there were any possible neck upgrades for it? Do you guys think a Warmouth 5 string jazz neck would work? Also do you guys think that most standard 5 string PJ pickup setups should fit?
