I don't have an offical hoppus bass, but I can find a large stick and stretch some yarn across it. Throw in some quarter pounder pickups and a surf green finish and no one will be able to tell the difference.



Seriously though, just sell the set (locally or whatever) and buy the bass on eBay. There are 4 of em on right now ranging from $300-$390.
